Option 1: Insurance Based Care - For those with accepted medical insurance, counseling sessions may be partially or fully covered. I’ll help you navigate what’s covered and bill directly on your behalf, so you know exactly what to expect.

I currently accept Medicare and Aetna.   Cigna, United Healthcare and BCBS plans - coming soon.. 

 

Option 2: Concierge Nutrition Packages
Don’t have insurance or I'm not in your network? Pay privately and receive all-inclusive, high-touch services tailored to your needs and timeline.

Use your HSA/FSA, CareCredit, or enroll in a payment plan that works for your budget.
